(No cooking needed, perfect for hot summer days)

SNACK #1

9 baby carrots – 35 calories

1 tbsp hummus (I use caramelized onion, so yum) – 35 calories

1/2 cup cucumber slices – 8 calories

8 Sweet Chilli mini rice crackers – 60 calories

Total of = 138 calories

SNACK #2

1 tbsp light peanut butter – 80 calories

2-3 large celery stalks – 15 calories

1/4 cup blueberries – 20 calories

4 sesame seed rice crackers – 35 calories

Total of = 150 calories

SNACK #3

1 lean turkey pepperoni stick – 50 calories

2-3 medium strawberries – 8 calories

1/2 cup purple grapes – 32 calories

Gouda cheese (you could use a single serving slice or Babybel; I just measured mine out) – 60 calories

Total of = 150 calories
