Turkey Sausages & Sweet Potato

Quick + easy meal prep for the week💪🏼

Ingredients:

Turkey sausages (I buy the frozen Costco ones)

2 sweet potatoes

Olive oil

Garlic powder

Greek seasoning

Salt + pepper

Preheat oven to 400, place a tray of sausages inside to cook for about 16 minutes.

Cut up 2 sweet potatoes into bite sized pieces (rinse em but leave the skin on) Pour 3 tbsp olive oil in a baking dish and mix the sweet potatoes around, sprinkle with a ton of garlic powder, Greek seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.

Bake the sweet potato for 35 mins and you’re good to go💁🏼

(I usually do 4 sausages with a side of sweet potato in each container for a meal.)
