Gluten Free Chicken Strips

Gluten-Free, Low Carb Chicken Strips🤗


Plain chicken breasts

Gluten free bread

Spices (salt, pepper and desired herbs)

Grated parmesan

x2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350.

Toast the gluten free bread for about 20 minutes in the oven, and blend it in a food processor with spices. (Or crumble it well if you don’t have one)

Cut the chicken breasts into long strips. Mix up two eggs in a bowl so they’re nice and runny. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs and 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese.

Place each chicken strip into the eggs and then into the bread mixture. Put onto a tray lined with parchment paper.

Cook for 45 minutes (at 350) or until golden brown😋

***I also made healthy spicy mayo to dip mine in with Avocado Oil Mayo and hot sauce.

Side salad is romaine lettuce, cucumbers and fresh guacamole🥗🥒
